2024 Xcel Region 4 Champship Meet Results
The Ruby Xcel team came into the meet on fire! With 7 states represented, 170 clubs competing and close to a total of 4000 gymnasts and coached participating, they held their own proudly! Both Silver and Platinums competed for Ruby. We were very proud of the results of a year of hard work and only one as a veteran at their level. We are so unbelievably proud! Miss Kate tied the Ruby Record for All-Around and set new Ruby records on Bars! Way to go young lady!

2024 Iowa Xcel State Championship Meet Results
Xcel Platinum started of the State Meet weekend blazing. State Champions: Miss Kacie Lynch claimed 2nd Place on Beam and qualified for Regionals in beam. Teammate Miss Kate Tomlyanovich took 2nd Place on Vault and 3rd Place on Bars and All-Around, qualifiying her for Regionals also. Great start to the weekend ladies, congratulations!
Next up were the Silver’s, adding to the fire from the Platinums. State Champs: Miss Brooke Steuben took 3rd on Vault and Bars, Miss Charli Roth wore 3rd Place medals from Vault, Bars and Beam, Miss Miss Maya Elmquist stood on 3rd for Vault, Miss Sophia Krosch hit the top podium twice taking 1st place on Beam and Floor, and to finish out, Miss Willa Muller claimed 3rd on Bars. These ladies also set a new Ruby Team Bar Record and placed 18th out of 30 teams, awarding them 1st in the Cedar Valley! All qualified for Regionals! Congratulations ladies!
Coming in last for Ruby, but heaping on the coals; in walks the Bronze! Taking 9th Team out of 24 Teams, giving them the 1st spot in the Cedar Valley! Setting new Ruby Bronze Team Score and the Bar Record. Miss Emery Lauver set a new Bar Record with a 9.75! Great meet Ladies!!! Champions were: Miss Bryor Denny taking 2nd on Vault, Miss Emery Lauver claimed 1st in Beam, 2nd in Bars and Floor and 3rd All-Around, Miss Gabi Valdivia wore a 3rd Place medal for Vault, Miss Kiera Locasha took 2nd on Vault, Miss Marsella Rasbeck claimed 2nd on Beam, and 3rd on Bars & All-Around, Miss Ruby Stutzman brought home 2nd on Bars and 3rd on Beam, Floor and All-Around. Way to turn on the fire!
Ruby Coaching staff was over the moon with the great weekend these ladies had. A lot of hard work, paid off! Everyone placed and came home with a medal, 27 top 3 placings and those that could qualify for Regionals, all did so. On to Regionals they go!!

2024 D.P. Men’s and Womens Iowa State Meet Results
The Ruby men started out our state meet weekend. Starting it with a big bang! They brought home a 2nd Place Team Banner! All three came home state champions! Congratulations on your hard work and dedication! 1st Place winners: Mr. Harrison on Vault and P-Bars, Mr. Max on Floor and Mr. Oscar on High Bar. 2nd Place: Mr. Max on Rings & Vault, Mr. Oscar on Rings, P-Bars and All-Around. 3rd Place: Mr. Harrison on Pommel and High Bar, Mr. Max on P-Bars and High Bar and Mr. Oscar on Vault. A lot of medal coming home! Next up were the ladies, and they gave their all. All three were blessed with the bug going around, came in to practice when they could. And fought the fight at the meet. Miss Brooklyn claimed 3rd Place on Floor! Each are looking forward to preparing for their next level next year. We are proud of the work you have put in and the dedication to fight thru!

2024 Omaha Invitational Results
Both The D.P Girls and boys traveled down to Lincoln, Nebraska to compete in the Omaha Invitational. All made it down and back even with some questionable weather. Level 4’s were first to compete and they came home with some champions. Miss Brooklyn claimed 1st on beam and floor & 3rd All-Around. Teammates Miss Myka also took a 1st on bars, and 3rd on Floor & Miss Deion brought home 3rd for beam. Congratulations ladies. D.P. Boy’s came into town on Sunday. Mr. Oscar claimed 2nd on rings and 3rd on both Pommel and Vault. Teammate Harrison took 2nd on Vault and 3rd on Pommel. Way to rock boys!

Ruby traveled down to Des Moines for the Field of Dream Meet. Champions were Level 4 Miss Deion Claus-Davis 3rd on Beam and Miss Myka Charlton on 3rd on Bars. A successful personal bests for many. Keep up the great work, and onward to State for the Xcel girls the end of the month, and off to Omaha for the Level 4 team! Best of luck!

Ruby started off the month of Febuary with a bang! Our gems were on a mission to shine their best, and best they gave. Everyone set many personal best scores! Adding the jewel to top it off they went 11 for 11 on beam routines!!! Coaches dreams for sure! Bronze team came home with a 2nd Place Team! They were so excited and for a great reason, each gave their all. Congratulations ladies!

2024 Twin City Invitational Results
This meet was our Team Trip for the D.P. Team and the Boy’s Team. Everyone was thankful for the good weather and good roads! Fun was had, from shopping, meeting up with family, friends, supper together as a team and then the best pool time for adults and children. A thank you to all parents that made this a successful team trip!
Level 4 started off the meet and came home with 2nd place team, our little team of 3 was beat by a team of at least 10. Great job ladies! Miss Brooklyn claimed 1st in Beam, Floor and All-Around and 2nd on Bars, teammate Miss Myka also took 1st in bars an Miss Deion took 2nd in Beam. Way to bring home the medals ladies!
The Level 3 boy’s followed up on Sunday for their time on the floor. They were met with 18 gymnasts in each of their divisions. 94 Level 3 boy’s hit the floor! Mr. Oscar took 1st on Floor and 3rd Place on P-Bar and High Bar. Not only placing, but setting two new Men’s records for Floor (10.1) and High Bar (10.7)!!!Great job guys! Now to prep for the next meet!!!

First meet for the boy’s team and they came thru with flying colors. Our veteran, Mr. Oscar Valdivia took Gold on Mushroom, P-Bars and High Bar and a Silver in Rings and All-Around. Rookies: Mr. Max Roush claimed Silver on Vault and Silver on Floor and Mushroom. Mr. Harrison Ferrel brought home Gold on Vault. Congratulations guys!

2023 Jingle Bell Gymboree
First meet of the year was met with a lot of nerves, as to be expected. But happy coaches and happy gymnasts. This year we have all rookies with the exception of one in their levels. New routines and first meet for many. Ready to hit it harder in the gym and looking forward to the next meet. Highlights for Champions: Bronze: Miss Bryor Denny taking gold in vault; Miss Emery Lauver claiming Bronze on Bars and Beam; Miss Gabi Valdivia brought home Silver in Beam and Floor, along with Bronze in All-Around; and teammate Miss Marsella Rasbeck claiming Bronze on Vault and Beam. Great job ladies! Silver: Miss Brooke Steuben vaulted into Gold on vault. Platinum: Miss Kate Tomlyanovich our only veteran took Gold in Vault, Beam and All-Around, and claiming Silver on Floor. Level 4: Miss Brooklyn Krueger checked off Gold in Beam and Bronze on Floor; Miss Deion Claus-Davis vaulted to the Bronze podium while teammate Myka Charlton wore Silver for Bars. Great job to all!
